MYANMAR VISA GUIDE

Myanmar or Burma is a Southeast Asian nation of more than 100 ethnic groups. Myanmar is a country rich in history, culture, and tradition. And slowly, Myanmar has become the most popular tourist place in the world. 

   *Visa Types offered: Tourist, Tourist (Express) and Business Visa

   1. Documents Required

• Your passport  must have at least (6) months validity.
• You have to upload one COLOR PHOTO (4.6 cm X 3.8 cm) taking during last (3)months.
• Visa, Master, American Express , JCB credit cards or Alipay are accepted for Online Visa payment.

   2. Visa Rules

• Tourists must stay in registered hotels, motels, inns, guest house and resort during your stay in Myanmar.
• The applicant should complete individual personal data whether passenger is FIT or package tour.
• There are Restricted Areas for Foreigners and Tourist travelling in the country. You need a special permit if allowed by authorities. For more information of restricted areas go to  mip.gov.mm. 
• e Visa is a single entry Visa. Re-entry will require a new visa.

   3. Countries Eligible for Visa Waiver for 14 Days 

Passport holders from the following countries gets Visa exemption up to 14 days if entering and departing from Yangon, Mandalay, or Naypyidaw International Airports.

Brunei, Cambodia, Indonesia, Laos, Thailand, Vietnam, Philippines.

People from rest of the countries can apply for eVisa.
